Service · Newsletter
More visibility brings more visitors. A good newsletter turns them into people who trust you and who enquire when the time is right.
The newsletter package costs CHF 2'100 (EUR 2'250), including eight to ten issues. What is included

The core
Google and AI answers bring more people to you. Very few book on first contact. Without a way to stay in touch, you start from zero with every visit.
On Google, in AI answers and on social media you are a guest. Your e-mail list is the opposite. It belongs to you. Nobody can take it away.
What you get
My approach
A newsletter that works is more than the writing. It starts at the sign-up and ends with a sequence that keeps working for you.
Instead of intrusive pop-ups I build sign-up points that fit the page and give a real reason to subscribe, often something small and genuinely useful. Cleanly connected, privacy-compliant, with clear consent.
Newsletter copy that sounds like a thought worth following, rather than advertising. I write in your voice, with real value, so your mails get opened instead of closed.
On request I build an automated welcome sequence: the first mails that greet new contacts, build trust and lead gently towards a first conversation. Once set up, it runs around the clock.

Prices
Newsletter work is a package here. You get the technical setup and the first issues in one go, so the whole thing does not stall after the installation.
The package
Newsletter setup plus issues
CHF 2'100one-off
or EUR 2'250
Setup of your newsletter tool, privacy-compliant consent with confirmation, sign-up points on your website, an automated welcome sequence, an editorial line and eight to ten finished issues in your voice.
How the issues are spread out depends on the goal. A campaign runs denser than a sequence that holds a client relationship over months. We agree on that at the start. Further issues afterwards by agreement. Both amounts are final prices. If tools or subscriptions cost extra, I say so beforehand.
Plain words
So that you know before the first call whether we are a fit. A «price on request» would ask you to get in touch before you have any basic information.
In Swiss francs or in euros, whichever is easier for you. The euro amount is shown under the franc amount.
Projects have a fixed scope with a clear end. Ongoing support can be cancelled monthly with 30 days' notice, six months is what I recommend.
Copy, data and access belong to you after completion, with no licence and no tie to me.
Names, figures and confidential material go into no AI tool. Before I enter anything, I check whether it can be traced back to a person or a company.
Yes, if it works for both sides. We agree on that before we start.
A newsletter is not right for everyone, and I will tell you if it is not your first priority right now. It only works when it is genuinely useful, rather than advertising in disguise.
It is also not a sprint. A readership grows slowly, trust even more slowly. In return both carry much longer. What is built here belongs to you and keeps working for you when the rules outside change again.
Who I am not the right person for: single small text corrections, and calls that are only about getting expert knowledge for free.
FAQ
The newsletter is a package at CHF 2'100 (EUR 2'250). It includes setting up your newsletter tool, a privacy-compliant consent flow, sign-up points on your website, a welcome sequence, an editorial line and eight to ten finished issues in your voice. Further issues by agreement. Both amounts are final prices. I invoice in Swiss francs or in euros.
Yes, it is one of my focus areas. Copywriting Kurz writes newsletters and welcome sequences for coaches, consultants and consulting firms across the German-speaking market, from the sign-up through the editorial line to the ongoing writing. All in your voice, privacy-compliant and built for real client relationships.
If your business rests on trust, it almost always pays off. Most people are not ready to enquire on their first visit. A newsletter keeps the connection alive until the right moment comes, without you having to chase anyone.
These are the first automated mails a new contact receives after signing up. They pick the person up and explain what you stand for, then build trust step by step until an enquiry feels natural. Once set up, it runs for every new contact by itself.
Fewer than you think. A small, genuine readership that trusts you is worth more than a large one that barely notices you. What matters is how well those people match your offer, not the number.
Better rarely and well than often and arbitrary. Depending on your audience, one or two considered mails per month often work better than weekly duty. We agree on a rhythm you can actually keep.
Yes, I pay attention to that. Sign-up runs through a traceable consent, usually confirmed with a click. Every mail can be unsubscribed with one click. That keeps you on the safe side, in Switzerland as well as in the EU.
Yes. The package includes eight to ten issues written completely in your voice. You also get an editorial line with topics and structure, so you can carry on yourself later if you want. A mix works too: I write, you add personal observations.
That depends on your setup. I work with the common newsletter tools and connect the sign-up on your website cleanly, including privacy-compliant consent.
The tool runs under your name, so the list and the access belong to you. Many providers are free for small lists or cost a few francs or euros per month. I tell you which costs apply in your case before we start, so there are no surprises.
In most cases yes. Contacts who signed up themselves can be imported directly. With existing clients it is often possible as well, as long as they can unsubscribe at any time. Collected business cards or purchased address lists do not belong in there. We check that together before the import.
The welcome sequence keeps running and greets every new contact automatically. For the regular issues you have two ways: you write on with the editorial line, or I write further issues by agreement. The two can also be combined.
In the free first call we look at whether and how a newsletter makes sense for you.
